– Foi Green
– Gingerbread
– 1 spoon of figs jams
– 1 spoon cider vinegar
– 1 spoon of balsamique vinegar
1. Dice the Foi Green and the gingerbread
2. In a frying pan, prepare the sauce by mixing the jam, the cider vinegar and the balsamic vinegar
3. Arrange the sauce then the Foi Green & the cubes
